Cheryl, I agree with you. It is my impression that we won't see financial reports until AFTER the merger, which will ink sometime after the Myriad deal. "Patience is a virtue, possess it if you want to get rich!" because "All things come to him who waits." I can probably think up some more "trite and true" sayings if you'd like! ;-)) LOL! I agree Cheryl.. let's not set dates and get people all excited. Hopefully it does get closed tommorow, but even if it does maybe no press release til Monday to start the week off well. This is somewhat reminding me of a tighly sprung rubber band, winding tighter and tighter each day. Im hoping its the rubber band at the base of a "catapult". Waiting for news 'whenever' it may happen. Mark

Cheryl: I just called Preferred Financial. They told me that the deal will not be closed on Myriad until the end of next week, not this week. Audited financials are being held to somehow include with that. I don't fully understand it but trust Ira knows what he's doing. Also, the conference call is on for tomorrow. I think I may change my user name to Job for the patience I am being forced to show here. I am sure it will be worth the wait.

Cheryl, I just relayed what I understood from reading everyone's input over the last week. I was not speculating, just relaying my understanding. Your point is well taken to limit the speculation on timing press releases since it does lead to anxiety. I still believe this is the approximate schedule based on what I have read. Additionally, I think the closing of the merger deal is next to follow - about two weeks after the financial report. I outlined a schedule of events as I understand them, without trying to put concrete dates on them. Kevin
