Where is Phil today? Phil White was born in Taylorville, IL. He graduated from Illinois Wesleyan U, (BA '66) and U of Illinois Urbana, (MBA '68). Might be a place to start. I would guess he has relatives in Taylorville but probably no friends. I don't condone violence but I understand it. As the late great philosopher Sam Kineson said, "I know what turns Mr. Hand into Mr. Fist". Good luck and if you find him let us know. I'm sure a lot of people would like to "get a hold" of him.
