it is hard to predict the short term move one way or another. It seems that all analysts agree that the losses for this quarter should be substantial.
Amd was not pushing into corporate market for obvious reasons- yields.
I think they stated that k6-3d and 3d+ would be positioned against mid to high-end pii which might mean corporate segment.
I am not sure that overall results for k6 line would be better than for prior quarter. But judging from availability of k6 I might be surprised :-))
You are right that the biggest issue is yields.
As far as CFO - a lot of companies are changing management during hard times and usually it is for nothing more than blame issue
But we do agree that yields are going to move that stick
