Good points.. maybe this is why TNRG is focusing on helping them
with ONE issue at a time... first of all and foremost the SEA EYE
deal... as I stated earlier today ... however, be real careful
in mentioned IDID on this thread.. we're not even a hairline fracture
related to them..

maybe TNRG sees the same things you do and think they should take
the good projects one at a time and later maybe TNRG will tell them
to dis the bad ones or the ones that they just can't capitalize on.

Johnny,

<<With what resources to they pursue all of these directions?
I would be more comfortable with a company that picks one
thing and does it better than onyone else...Just food for
thought>>

So with that logic...you must only invest your resources in
one stock at a time? Probably not, as that would mean you
could lose everything in just one stock...I think the same
applies for this company. Why not have more than one product
and be in more than one growth industry?

Anyway, my guess would be that they issue stock..Look at how
many times World Com has issued stock in its acquisitions and
even MCI didn't seem to mind!If Nighthawk is confident enough
in Tilton and TNRG to take stock, and have to wait till 1999,
then why shouldn't we be?
