My personal theory: There are two reasons why the stock is down. 1) it is seen as a networking company in which each of its products is also sold by a larger competitor. 2) What I think they said on the road show is that they don't want to be bought out by anyone. The market probably perceives this as a huge negative. (this is based on no facts whatsoever) I think the street is overlooking the growth rate and the fundamentals of the company because of these two problems. For the record, I am long this stock with almost 5% of my portfolio and would like to see the stock go up just as much as everyone else here. -Josh
