I'm not pre-judging anything. I didn't comment on whether I thought the complainant would prevail or not.

I agree that the core of the lawsuit is of little consequence to the company. It's the embarrasing dirty laundry that is showing that is the problem.

I was simply commenting that, burried in the complaint is the allegation that Hayton actually appears to control the company, and that it's going to be more difficult now for the company to distance themselves from him.
