I called Robert but he is out of town for a few days.

I just called Preferred Financial and was given the same information. With a deal as big as the Myriad acquisition, it is not very surprising to me that the closing date has been extended. I think patience will pay off very nicely. This is a huge acquisition. Another week will not make much difference once it is closed. Just my opinion.
