nhhick, I'd like to think that financials would be a simple matter. This is how much we sold, this is how much we bought, this is what we got!!! Then on the other hand, the first 1/4 of '98 is almost over and I don't have all the info from outside sources to do my '97 income tax. One of Matt's last posts on the subject ********** "From: Matthew J. Landi Wednesday, Mar 11 1998 9:26PM EST Reply # of 713 The completion of the audit, which is now promised for this month by our accounting firm has been delayed for a fairly good reason. If you consider that the auditors have to audit and incorporate the financials of 7 subsidiaries (2 of which are in Italy), as well as the parent company, the amount of time that is passing is not unreasonable, although it is as disappointing to us as it is to our shareholders." ********************************************************************************* I don't like the wait, but I believe that we will be rewarded. The stock I mentioned this morning spent the past 6 months in the same trading range that we find AWLT, all it took was the long awaited news for it to break out. My only fear is that once the audited financial reports are released we will hear something like,"now we have to apply for "reporting status with the SEC, that'll be just another 3-6 months". Matt, can you comment on what constitutes, "SEC reporting status"?? nhhick, it sure would be nice if people used real names here. It should not take a lot to get AWLT back to price respectability, it went from ~.2 to ~.7 in a few days back in November. I know, I bought, sold, and bought back in again. And that was on the strength of an ad/profile in Individual Investor. We will have a top rated PR firm that will get the message to all enlightened investors. Just hold in there!!!! FC JOE
