FOR ALL that still own TNRG, I intend to hang in for at least a few more weeks and see if TNRG continues to come through with announcements that confirm that they are concerned with increasing shareholder value. 1)I definitely like the way that they got rid of 2.5M shares last week through retirement, and then 9.1M shares this week by cancelling from past managements non-performance!And, with approximately 8M more on the way... our stock is worth a higher percentage (%) of the company, each time they do this, so in essence...we own more and more of the company! This contrasts what I have seen on most BB stocks, where management does the easy fix with a reverse split! 2)I like the idea that not only did TNRG acquired Nighthawk Ent. Inc., without diluting our stock..but Most importantly they report Nighthawk to have the Navy interested in their "Sea Eye" project and have drawn the attention of research scientists from Columbia University. Also, Nighthawk seems to have a very diverse product offering for more than one growth industry. The "Sea Eye" would be the Defense market and maybe even have commercial applications for fisherman and marine biologists, imo. The Personal Electro-Cardiogram (ECG)Analyzer device seems a perfect fit for the medical industry, along with the Foot Dorsiflexion Device (FDD).. and of course today's announcement of "Tianrong Building Material Holdings, Ltd. (OTC BB:TNRG) announced today that it will manufacture and market the Model 801 Cell Injury Controller."!In addition, Nighthawk also produces CD-Rom software products, Internet Teleconferencing, and has contracts for sporting events...so it does not look like all their eggs are in one basket (and with Easter right around the corner :-). 3)Alan Markoff and others have stated that NASDAQ listing is also a priority of TNRG, in addition to taking care of the short situation..! Shawn PS: Alan can you give us an update on if anything has changed?
