I don't know what substance there might be to this suit, but the amount they're suing for and the request for the jury trial are clear indicators to me that they are greatly exaggerating. If their case were good, they'd let the law expert, the judge, decide it. And the amount is preposterous.

I wouldn't judge on the basis of their stock price. They could indeed have been mortally wounded if their patents were stolen. But they have to show how they could have made $1.1 Billion on those patents and boy, I don't think Apple can do it, so how could this little company do it?
