Dick, I thought you were smarter than that. Tim Hall doesn't want answers, he just likes to ask questions. <VBG>

O.K. dick (<---no capitals.....shows lack of respect) F.Y.I.

We have now listened to you, responded, and asked questions of you.
I think that we all appreciate having another poster on our thread, however, your posts are null without substantiation.

If you care to post and be heard....if you wish for us to pay heed to your dribble....then please backup your posts with factual data.

I for one do not have the time to read your pessimistic speculation. It isn't the pessimism that I dislike...it is rather the fact that your pessimism is unfounded/unproven.

You would make a really crappy lawyer.

Regards,

Jason

Mr. Hoax, (be patient and read the whole thing) the post you reference is a good one and deserves a serious answer, but the point that Henry makes is an important one. Naxos is working on it. But, Dick, you need to do more homework yourself. I did. Talk to some mining people. Ask them "if an ore can be assayed with conventional fire assay, what is the likelyhood that one of many of the well established methods of recovery will also extract PM's in the range of the opt assay results?"

To give you an idea of why the question you point out has no one quick and easy answer, the possible combinations of well established assay procedures all acceptable and credible to the industry, include 5 conventional and 5 non conventional flux materials, 5 conventional and 5 non conventional extraction metals. That means, within accepted industry practices, you can try out 100 unique combinations. How long do you suppose it would take to try out all of them ADDING, the combinations of drilling recovery formats, treatment of the ore, etc..
Naxos is now able to produce good solid repeatable assays BECAUSE THEY NOW HAVE MATERIAL FOR THE FIRST TIME, PROPERTY DRILLED FROM BD WITH THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT (REVERSE AIR CIRCULATION) THAT DOESNT WASH AWAY THE CLAY MATERIAL which is where the PM's are. (I just saved you about a dozen phone calls with all the above)

Behind Henry's response is a simple mining reality. They don't know until they try a variety of methods and see what produces the best results. In the meantime, as long as Naxos can show great numbers with SFA, a drill program alone WILL get alot of attention by starting to draw a clear picture of what is in the playa.

So as far as which recovery method will be used, it will all come in time. Remember that Ledoux has shown as high as 3 opt result simply by applying some levels of the J/L technique. With those kind of results, wouldn't you want to time to try out as many combinations of recovery as possible to get out the most PM's? Again, do your homework. Talk to Russ, talk to Bob Gardner and then talk to a metalurgist and ask them if it is possible to detect PM's that don't actually exist in the sample? Other than deliberate tampering, the answer is NO. (There, I just saved you another 3 hours of research finding a mining person)

Mr. Hoax, the combination of your masked identity and your empty points is what gets you the responses you get on this thread. If you have a legitimate question, point it out.

We are very fortunate here. This thread is peopled with individuals who have done MUCH more research on Naxos than you can imagine as well as people who understand where to put high risk investments and when they turn the corner to being high reward investments. There are some very well placed opinions here on the thread that are based on extensive DD. And a number of people who I feel deserve alot of respect for the high quality of genuinely valuable information imparted on SI. The time spent on this god for saken thread can only be explained by two things. (it is far past of the point of making any claim to Naxos being a scam)
1) Genuine belief in the POTENTIAL of Naxos coupled with a desire to communicate with others the pros and cons and potentials
2) Genuine hidden agendas

So we are always glad to oblige with a healthy discussion to help understand genuine challanges and opportunities. But broad sweeping stabs in the dark just don't cut it.

Keep an open mind, you may decide your hidden agenda won't pay off as much as the success of Naxos. But then again, you are probably still hoping your CHIP stock hits a buck again.
