Sega Las Vegas not Sega Tokyo What does this mean? Is it a completely different company, or a subsidiary?

Roger... SEGA Las Vegas is 12% owned by SEGA Tokyo... I got cut off too, but got back on in 10 minutes...talk to all later...I thought more positives than negatives...The reverse split would occur if AGTI reached 1.00 and they had to do a 4 for 1 reverse to have market analysts notice and begin to follow AGTI progress...in a nutshell, so I wouldn't worry about that for now...They said analysts would have a tendency to report on 4 or 5 dollar stocks rather than a one dollar stock... Must go...Bulgar
