Dwight: Read Rev. 17 verses 8 thru 11. The Antichrist once was (he once lived) now is not (presently dead) and yet will come (be brought back to life). Verse 9 refer to the 7 Kings of nations that waged war on Israel. The eighth King is the beast (Antichrist) but belongs to the previous 7. Refer to the fact that he was one of the 7. Verse 10 Five have fallen (no longer live) one is (alive at the writing of the book of Revelation) the other has not yet come (someone after the writing of Revelations). And this one the seventh will remian for a little while. Go to Revelation 13 read the first four verses. "One of the heads of the beast seemed to have a fatal wound but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was astonished and followed the beast" What nation and ruler waged war against Israel--and only for a little while--and the ruler of this nation die from a fatal wound from the head--and the world is going to be astonished when they see him (people will know him at this time). Dwight, you tell me, you should know now.
