The exchange ratio is the stock splits and the shareholders before get more shares (like any other split). Figure it's trading at $44 now, it'll split possibly 4-1. If you get in at $10, your pop is $4. Don't expect anything big on these second conversions. just the opposite, I would think that it would dilute the stock more. Look at HARBD, they did this last week... good luck....
