WOW! This stock is really starting to smell bad. I have 2,500 shares @ $2.16 a share and have been a shareholder since early December 1997. I now have a loss of roughly $1,400 on a $5,400 investment . That is a 26% return (LOSS) in four months very bad-- I am just glad I did not decide to invest more on this because I could be going crazy. It is bad enough now, I am going to selling because I feel this stock is going no where fast-- I even bet it going to $1.00 by Friday. I maybe wrong I hope I am for the ohter shareholders.

Brian,

At todays current price of $34, we are looking at proceeds of $12M, subtract out $5M for the buyback and $1.2M for taxes and we are looking at using the remaining $5.8M to aquire another company.

Thanks for the calculations. Like I said before, I agree with you if there are some VERY undervalued acquisitions out there. The money can be used to either purchase another company or some of our own company. Joe Murphy would have to compare the acquisition to how undervalued DCTC is. Do you think there are more companies out there more undervalued than this one? Point me in that direction so I can my money there.
