Hi GBM. The value of Pyngs assets can be calculated on the basis of a patent and a market. If Pyng goes to the bank for a loan, they give them a business plan outlining their expected sales and costs etc. etc.

This is no different for the TSE. I am aware of many mining companies that listed with the TSE and valued "unexplored" land at a significant value to allow the listing.

Keep trying!!

Dear GBM.
This one I had to respond to, Where in hell did you come up with 135,000 in assets? We have spent over 2,000.000 in research and development alone, have a well funded company, We have FDA approval, Canadian Health Protection Approval, Military Stocking Numbers, NATO Numbers, FDA recognition as " A SIGNIFICANT MEDICAL BREAK THROUGH"in the 1997 annual report,we are working with major hospital in both America and Canada and are just beginning to see the medical community, who has intelligence, understand and work with Pyng on the FAST 1 capabilities, both in the Military and Civilian Markets, all of which has been reported to all markets and published. Then we have you, who comes up with the great understanding that you require $5,000.000 to go to Toronto.
It may have cross your very limited mind that that is a number only and it can be made up in many ways.
Have a good life and I sincerely hope that for you, for you surely need it, that "the best is yet to come"
