Good job, BlackStar. Let's check out what you've got. Incidentally, most all of us turn up red in the spellchecker. What can we do about that?

But let's do the reality check and digest the info you've provided. Though I haven't read it yet, I'm impressed that something new has been offered on this nagging subject.

Wasn't there a litigation attorney who commented earlier today? Perhpas you could do some legal thread checking on Hayton for us. This would be helpful.

Let's get all the info we can on this subject and present it to Zulu-tek for comment. I'd rather have everything out in the open and understood, rather than for all of us to be eating out of a can of worms and pretending we're enjoying the meal.

It looks like they assumed $750K debt of Hayton.

Who is Palmero. He obviously was not well liked by the former employee.

I wonder how this bankruptcy has turned out?

One thing I am certain of is that when the financials come out the only positive number we are likely to see is the top line. You dont screw around with people like this unless you are tight on funds.
