Did Nav Badio say whether they changed the name of CVC to Austcan Ventures Ltd? It was mentioned that the shares would consolidate 1 for ten. They were also planning to issue 311,250 Performance shares for directors or officers of the corp for .01 (one cent)---laura p.s. has any one heard from Rook? he seemed to be well informed as to what was happening with this company
