May I respectfully suggest that Mr. Jacobs raise the money by offering all shareholders special warrants. I'm sure a "few" of us would part with the loot far faster and with much less negotiating than any institution. Can you think of anyone who better deserves a chance to finance the company?

As someone who's been on the sidelines, you sound like you're a little panicked right now. You either shorted or didn't buy because you were waiting for $3. Hard cheese either way. I sold, and missed a good run. But that was my decision based on my current circumstances. Don't begrudge the other investors because they had the confidence to stay with it. They deserve their reward, as do you.

No you are not. You are here to sh** disturb. Use your amazing analytical ability! Pyng could issue 1,000,000 shares on the open market today and fit the guidelines. Get creative, for goodness sake!!

Stock still not near $1.25. Stock closed at $5.75 on 364K shares.

GBM you had an opportunity to get in on this stock and chose not too! I chose to, based on a number of things. We will see in 83 days who was right. Make sure you extend your membership or leave me an e-mail!!
