Dennis G.

NEC being the teaming partner makes a lots of sense, and it is very likely that NEC it is. Should be some fireworks, when that announcement is made!

As posted on Yahoo earlier today: (Message #12474). Seems like a
sincere effort:

just got off the phone with John Gorman, after several tries.I was first told his out to lunch but
insisted i have been leaving messages on his voice mail, with no reply.
1.Gigamux sales are not going contribute alot to 1Q sales.Brooks fiber is in the process of what he
called "Application Design" in different cities i.e laying out configuration for Gigamux in different
cities at that point information has to relayed to Osicom for specific configuration before orders are
made.He mentioned other operators are esting out Gigamux.
2.The company in the teaming agreement is a major equipment supplier to the Regional Bell, Telcos
and was asked to include in this years RFI,
a DWDM, which they did did not have, so they included Gigamux. The sensitivity of the situation is
that the RFI includes the companies other products, so its not in the best interest of the supplier to
release its name until the RFI has been approved. If i remeber right he said RFI is like an equipment
list the suppliers each year provide to the Regional Bells.
3.New Board member will be appointed before Friday, he declined to comment if ther will be a
press release to this effect.
4.He said there are about half a dozen equipment suppliers to the Regional Bells.I someone knows
the major suppliers to the telcos, maybe we could figure out the teaming partner.

This stock is a long hold, even with news this week or next week.
The current trail off is agreat buying opportunity. For those in doubt of the above comments call
