OK superstars, sharpen your pencils and help the rest of us neophytes. Wha's this gonna do to us? The 9,186,814 shares cancelled today had previously been held by parties who were owners of the stock for more than 2 years. Thus, the cancellation of this stock prevents the stock from entering the float. How do you cancel someones stock? Does this not make for a whole lot of pissed off shareholders.... Does this 33% reduction in outstanding shares mean that the price should increase by 33%?
