Yes...actually as long as it trades above the intermediate support line that is just about to cross through 60 at the moment. Somewhere down the road a decision will have to be made, because that support line has an upslope of around 275% per year.

You can draw it on a log chart, starting at the Jan, 1997 low, then up against the March, April, July, and October lows. It is very well-defined.
