Brian, that's good news. Maybe the correction all 26 respondents
to the AMAT price survey expect will never come.

wondering how the world views the upgrade by goldman, gunner miller left PW where he had amat rated highest "1", leaves pw, goes to goldman, and when at goldman, raises goldman's recommendation to goldmans top ranking... so an analyst hasn't changed/upgraded rating based on perception of fundamental change in the co, its an analyst changing ships, and recommending from the new ship... but on the other hand, goldman's client base is now seeing a raised recommendation... is that enough to cause incremental dollars chasing amat shares??? doubt it, but its more a plus than anything I guess, unless he was under any kind of pressure to lower it at pw.... will look into that tomorrow

any thoughts on this out there?
