Rolly, I would like to give you a word of advice. Since you are new to this thread and SI, giving investment advices is bad taken by part-time, hobby investors. In whole Canada is also illegal to give investment advice over the internet. This place is to discuss what certain event current or past made certain stock to be at certain point, or further discuss why someone think it should be higher or lower. We all wish to benefit from our decisions,we look for confirmation of our choices not for how to trade or what to do. PVO did nothing for last year, their five extremely good holes are nothing really, accept two intervals. They trade at particular price, because of shares/cash ratio and there is no magic to it. If company will get a hands on property, which in short time can be mined and produce profit, their $ are important not David's character. Than their deal if it is a merger or JV, can be simply translated on share price, when all the details are known and all the assets are evaluated. If this is another grass-root or just touched by exploration property (which I don't think so)most likely stock will comeback to its starting point of 0.83-0.90 from the ratio. The deal does not have to be finalized to be publicized. If this is a big acquisition there would be "dd" period of at least 30 days for both parties to talk things over, but the simple structure of it has to be disseminated to the public in some form. VSE has halted the stock because it was gaining on big volume. David did not issued "no material change", so something was/is cooking in this pot. All the brokerages in "to know" were buying including T.K which buys for Bradstone. Thanks to VSE we may see what is happening as David did not halt the stock according to one of the posters, allowing big boys to position themselves at least for a while of trading. As of today there is no reported shorts on PVO (which is old and not complete) Nobody will short the stock which moved only 0.09 up without reading the release which could warrant higher price. Certainly there is large group of people waiting for profit taking if one will arise from this situation. I wish you a good luck with your investment no matter what you will do. Regards Robert
