Rob, re. <<You must be a smooooth operator with the phone John to get
the CFO to speculate on a time frame. I've made a few of
those calls w/o that kind of success. ("We'd rather not
speculate") >>

He volunteered the 30 day info ... I didn't ask specifically how long it would be. After he said it wasn't effective, I asked questions about the process that he must follow to get it deemed effective, and in explaining that process, he mentioned the 30 days estimate.

I was happy to be connected to him quickly, since I was calling from abroad. The whole phone call took about 2 minutes, costing me about 50 cents, which wasn't bad at all.

* regarding accountants, it is funny that he used the plural, because the prospectus says the co. has only one CPA. It explained this in the context of who they hire to prepare customers tax forms. They are all temps, and not accountants. The one CPA isn't involved in dealing with customers, it said. Surely they must have more than one accountant to prepare the corporate financial records, I would think. Is it common for corporate accountants to not have a CPA?

GTAX(W)

Stock is looking very weak to me , I'm short at 14 as of
this AM. Decided to short the common this time instead
of the warrants due to the spread on the warrants.
