Alan,
pricing of IOM at 6 15/16 means that the bad earnings news (-$25mm?) for april 15 is about 70% priced in the stock. why 70% because if the market cracks in april, then iom will go down with everyone else.

So rocky's estimate of $4.50 is a good low end call. probability about 10%.

At that point I believe it will be a screaming buy, with upside potential to 12 1/2 by the end of year. probability about 20%.

The otherside of the coin? IOM can't get its act together and compete in a declining HDD media/gig market, so they lose their sales to syquest, castlewood, and whoever else is out there. So give the $1.50 scenario a 1% probability.

So...there...you got and upside and downside target. good luck!

and yes, i pulled the probability numbers out of the air, so there is nothing to back them up.

sorry for the fluff.

BL
ps
its really hard figuring out whether to sell out your 3 1/2 basis shares, huh?
