Sherm, first things first! You are absolutely correct , I do need a vacation! Lately I have been eating and sleeping CVIA!

The type of vacation, that I do go on will partly depend on how rewarding my CVIA investment turns out to be!

I imagine it could range anywhere from sleeping under a tent in my back yard------To going on an exotic cruise! Time will tell!

And yes, I know that your comment was intended with all due respect! ( Does that mean that you didn't like the first two lines of the WOTD song that I wrote?)

Loren, I went back and reviewed a recent posting that you made giving some sound advise to our young but very bright , Matt!
You expressed some very meaningful insight, and personally although
I felt you directed it specifically at Matt, I found your advice relevent
for all of us that dare tread into this mystical/unknown , unpredictable world of OTC-BB Stocks!

I agree with you 100% that all of these OTC-B.B. opportunities carry with them a very high risk factor, with only a few of them ever achieving the business plans that they set out to achieve!
At best it's an ongoing gamble, I have an awareness for the high degree of risk involved, but I have made my own decision, that is right for me ( I hope!) knowing full well that I enter the status as a full fledged gambler by going into this or any other OTC-BB Stock opportunity!

Loren, thank you for expressing your sound advice! ( At least in my own opinion!)

Loren! In a recent posting that you made, you asked if anyone had spoken to Jack Arnold recently?

Let me share my opinion, as follows! On March 18, 1998, Milk posted on posting #2497, that he spoke to a CVIA representative. Milk indicated from that dialogue that a press release would be issued in the next 10 to 14 days! ( 14 Days being tops!)

If I do a little number crunching ( to-day being March 25, 1998) , and depending on whether one calculates March 18th., as day one? or day zero?---if we take the tops 14 day scenario? Then the tops that an anticipated announcement would be March 31st, or April 1st.!!!!!

So! Based on all the dialogue and communication that dedicated thread participants like Milk, Brad and others have had with Jack Arnold, --it is my speculative guess ( as I have shared on previous postings) that at the latest, I'm guessing based on all the continuous feedback that we have received and shared with one another that March 31st. or April 1st. in my opinion are the latest possible points in time that we should see the next news release from CVIA!

I have not heard nor sensed nor personally have been given any reason to doubt that news will be released prior or on the above stated time frames!

I realize the waiting is making many of us nervous or anxious, but for me a somewhat of a calming factor is that Jack Arnold has been upfront and consistant with his feedback! To the best of my knowledge I see no reason to have any doubt that Jack Arnold will not follow through as he has indicated!

Of course there always is the potential that things can change, be revised, people can have a change of heart, people can get cold feet, an overnight discovery and replacement for tires and oil could be discovered before the news announcement and totally let the air out of our speculative and gambling bubble!--Yes! Anything is possible! There are no guarantees in life! ( At least not that I have found!)

As I have already stated, I am a gambler, and I am gambling that I have bet correctly that Jack Arnold has done the best possible effort to his ability in attempting to add value to the CVIA Shell!

I can tell you this! As a figure of speech, anyone who thinks that they are going to get my CVIA Shares for .02 cents or under, are going to have to take them with me kicking and screaming until my last breath.

In my speculative opinion, I plan on reaching dry land with Jack Arnold on the CVIA Ship, or I will go down with Jack Arnold and the ship! But! It is my choice!--And everyone one of you must do what is right for you! It is your money and you have worked very hard for your money!---I wish each of you the wisdom to make the right decision for you!

Fingers crossed, out of quarters, one eye on the clock and calendar, and the other eye on the screen.

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
