Franz the next biggie is SJ's keynote at NAB in Las Vegas

Tracking events ? 4/4/98 NAB could be a biggie along with printing the portrait of the CEO in the annual report :

nab.org

SJ will speak on "convergence" - AMP ?

Think SJ will still be buttblasting around with that "interim" stuff or is about to turn his AAPL over to a loser ?

Yo quiero un CEO

15th - Earnings
22nd - Shareholders meeting

Regards,

Scott

Q2 on 15/4
National School Boards Association (4-7/4), where Artemis will supposedly make an appearance. Don't know about Jobs being there - after Bruce Francis on CNBC and Recon's Cannavino story, letting him loose on a convention of schoolteachers and the like mightn't be a good idea.
Also, National Association of Broadcasters on or about the 6th of April where there may be some mention of the AMP. I think he was originally to address them as CEO of Pixar, but this changed to Apple at some point. I'm open to correction here.
Yeah, and I presume he'll still be around for the AGM on 22/4.

Otherwise, IMO, it's unlikely he's going to take the CEO job. The reasons being the same as those he pointed out at Seybold as the main reason most of us use a Mac in the first place - he wants to spend more time with his family. His difficulty is that he believes that great things are just around the corner for the co. The analists see things differently (ouch) but i think SJ is playing to win, this time. I don't think the money is that important to him. Just my 2c.
