here is my side, as someone who is very involved with corporate finance deals both ipo and debt issues. If you think that kaz government is not an issue you are insane.I agree that most of the DD is done on the company in specific but political risk is very much a point... an ongoing point that is re-evaluated continously as events develop in the country(particuliarly in countries like this where stability is unheard of...see recent actions in russia)corporate finance is very much watching how the government is dealing with foreign investments and that plays a heavy role on the ability or willingness to lend funds. further why have any of you bought stock anyway? If this project is worth anywhere near what some of you seem to think, do you not think it would still an excellent buy at $1 or even $3 once financing and further developments are made. Sometimes it is much better to buy stocks like these at higher prices with signifigantly less risk, because whether you guys are blinded by the fact that you have already put your money in play, at this point this project is a crap shoot at best. this stock will not shoot to the moon on any announcement in this market, so there is plenty of buying opportunity when some of the variables are resolved...and ironically when the price is higher.
