I'm sure that Bear Stearns and other Section 13F (institutional investors) investors won't let this 'Titanic' sink, as far as I am concerned this is a non-issue, AMEX would be foolish to delist JTS, just check www.amex.com and go to the section on listing guidelines for U.S. companies (there is tons of leeway, so don't get all nervous).

Ben, it is me or I'm I the only one that thinks this profit thingie is a joke. I mean, I'm I the only one who can't take this company seriously??

It seems to me that after reading the release, the "profit" they posted was not one from an operation alone perspective, i.e. EBITA, rather a factor of a bunch of things including currency devaluation, faovrable terms from creditors and all the others things that the press release mentioned.

And, oh, by the way, I too liked the part of JTS not meeting the lisitng guidlines.

There's nothing to glee about this company.

Any informed comments correcting my stand are welcome.
