Someone had posted that HDST was #1 helmet on another board and I called HDST to verify and they faxed me the news release. The following is a direct quote from their February 23,1998 news release, "Headstrong Group, Inc. is pleased to announce that in the December 1997 issue of Consumer Reports Magazine they rated Headstrong's Multi-Sport helmet #1 above Bell and PTI, as having a higher standard of impact protection in the marketplace." The rest of the release deals with what non-profit organizations they are working with now.
