<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Party max is one of the most unique hand held devises ever seen. It is expected to revolutionize the industry in the United Kingdom and in the world wide market through ETG (Edward Thompson Group). It will absolutely be a terrific opportunity. ECM represents a third arm in UK. AGTI with those 2 partners and Sonic Bingo is expected to revolutionize the market in the UK and worldwide.

Sonic Bingo and the formalized relationship with SEGA means AGTI will be able to work arm in arm with SEGA Gaming. Sega brings a well recognized name to the table.

Sega and Sonic Bingo in 1999 should be a real work horse. They hope to see Q4 revenue from Sonic Bingo. The product needs to be finished and tested in Q4 1998 for a 1999 launch and should generate tremendous revenue stream from Sega Sonic Bingo.

<actech1> background on Sega Gaming at: lvrj.com

With the completion of the BTC agreement and K&B, AGTI has now begun to create the model for future with Party max and Sonic bingo. Each product is unique in the marketplace and paramount to achievement is the financial condition of AGTI.

The have been traveling to many cities and meeting with many groups and are in the late stages of a concrete plan with a Major Merchant banker to step in to achieve a financing goal. This will provide financing for current projects and as well as allow them in 1998 to realize the full potential of each of the revenue generators. AGTI has a plan in place for long term which means for a 1998 financial plan to realize all the opportunities within the company.

Conference now open to questions:

Question: 1997 statement 68 million shares outstanding now 120 million. Is there going to be a stock buy back or split?
Answer: Regarding a stock buyback, Sega has indicated they want to purchase stock. A 1-4 stock split was approved by shareholders awhile ago but AGTI has not activated it. They would only do a reversal if there was good sound rational behind it otherwise they will never do one!

Question: Could you do a news letter for us shareholders?
Answer: Yes a monthly newsletter is under consideration. AGTI is currently in the formulation stage for monthly newsletter to shareholders. Also in the process of redoing the website.

Question: I am curious when sega will start 5 million share buy back?
All at once or how will it occur?
Answer: Only sega can answer that question.

Question: When will you find out when the Sega buyback will start will you do a news release or will they?
Answer: We will discuss it with CEO Sega Doug Sanders and yes an announcement should follow.

Question: Regarding merchant banking and financing, will it result in more dilution?

Answer: We are obviously in a sensitive part of negotiations and they have progressed to point where they can't be discussed. We anticipate that will be final in the 2nd quarter which starts in about a week.
