To me, the lowered business in Asia is a blessing in disguise. Anytime you can be losing money in a certain portion of your business and still increase profits by 50% from the same quarter the previous year, that's got to tell you something. If you look, foreign retails were actually up; the weak currency value is what really made for bad profits in this portion of their business. Once the currency situation stablizes, this will only add to FDX's profits.
As long as oil doesn't really dramatically jump, let's say over 18/barrell, I am not worried personally. I would feel quite comfortable with it at that price actually. Keep in mind too that the Caliber number's are to be added in started next quarter too. Anyway I look at it, long or short, FDX looks strong. Good luck.
