You know, they did mention that MSFT lags the PC business. So PC companies like CPQ or INTC might feel it before MSFT does. Could also be the effect of amortization of deferred revenues. The way deferred revenues work is that as growth slows, amortization exceeds new deferrals which increases the bottom line -- at least until the deferred revenue runs out. So this could be causing the laggard effect they are talking about. Who really knows?
