I was not planning to say anymore even when hoffy said something to me except that I just want to say something beneficial to whoever may be interested. If you are not interested in getting the truth, you could just skip this post and I apologize for taking your time. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- First of all, in the name of God, I am not long or short of this stock. I am just speaking out base on facts without my own opinions. Hoffy and I both think alike because we are both engineers. Engineers do reasoning rather than making groundless assumptions at the start. I read posts from others and I find out there are a lot of wishful thinkings and baseless assumptions. The most wrongful assumption is that some people believe the incresae of outstanding shares are RESTRICTED and used for acquisition of Night Hawk. In fact, there has been no OFFICIAL press release about the outstanding shares increase and therefore nothing is confirmed until then. As a result, the increase could be due to other reasons and it MAY NOT BE RESTRICTED. Second, the latest press release only mentions the reduction of outstanding shares. However, it also IMPLICITLY mentions the increase of outstanding shares from 22.5 millions couple of days ago to 44 millions before taking out the 9.2 millions today. If the company has integrity, they should put out the headline of press release as "Increase of 21.5 millions of outstanding shares for XXX purpose but glad to reduce 9.2 millions of shares within for shareholders benefit" I didn't imply the company is hyping but again it is actually hidding something and presenting a FALSE image of the news. Remember Bill Clinton's problem right now, while he is only telling half truth? Third, THINK of it yourself if the press release mention of outstanding shares increase rather than decrease, the whole news would turn 180 degree around and become extreme bad news rather than extreme good news. The management has been very skillful and careful of engineering the release date and contents of press release. I called it "engineering" because they have planned for it since last week. If what someone in SI claimed is true that they have a timing problem of the two previous press releases, I think that they are far too lucky to have such good timing. But of course, maybe they are really lucky! They are so lucky that they didn't even want to mention where the 2.5 millions cancellation is from in the last release but they want to mention a bit more in this release such as "2 years holding shares". I want to say that I have no desire to buy any of this stock in the future with reasons same as Hoffy. Therefore please don't mention that I want to buy it at a lower price tomorrow. I just want to prevent somebody to be hurt tomorrow, of course nobody would dispute with me on that because there is other much better way to make money rather than making money from people who are misled and misguided. Finally, I feel good doing this because I just want to make a precaution to others who are unaware of the situation. Please do not make me to stop your ultimate decision of buying or selling because you are only responsible for your ulimate success or failure - not me.
