Stop hiding behind semantics, and admit that you didn't know about the dilution until I pointed it out. And admit that INTC is not aggressively buying in its shares (for better or worse), and actually is a net seller. The bottom line is your answer to TTOSBT was not intellectually honest. He wanted INTC to improve the share price by reducing the float. The current buyback has nothing to do with that. It is essentially payment of its employees.

BTW, you're statement to TTOSBT about due diligence was what I called arrogant. Read the posts a little more closely.
