And while we wallowed in the OS's mediocrity we got hardware that blows the doors off the fastest Intel machine.

Personally, one fast machine is a long way for me from making up for all that expensive and antiquated technology that Apple heaped on its users from 1993 'til 1997.

What was I saying about undemanding Apple fanatics...

On recycled plain paper now that's green different think .

The plain paper 10 K could suffice as the annual report . Damn no pictures !

Sure has been a nice ride from $13 to $28 for those like you that thought differently in December .

Of course the Mac OS wasn't too good for MSFT to copy.

Not only copy, but catch up to (Win95) and even surpass (WinNT). It seems to be Apple's turn, now, to leapfrog Windows with Allegro and Rhapsody. But it's a disservice even to Apple to argue that they did a good job on their OS until very recently. If we're going to be Apple fanatics, we should hold them to higher standards.
