Wow! I tried to read through some of the briefs. I picked up about 20% of what you just summarized. I am even more impressed with your legal abilities. I am sure there is an attorney joke in here somewhere, but I am too impressed to present it. Since we (Identix) won round 1, is the burden of proof on DBII? I would think that you can't patent a broad concept, such as a television, and expect everybody that comes along with an improvement to keep their hands off or pay you a royalty.
