Re: "Trivia question of the day... We heard from RDRT and now we've heard from KMAG. What do those 2 companies have in common?"

Answer: I don't own shares in either company?
Answer: At least one of them is not HMTT?
Answer: Both can be found in the Silicon Valley?

We heard from RDRT and now we've heard from KMAG. What
do those 2 companies have in common?

Hint: Maxtor is both companies 2nd largest customer.

I can tell you what I am hoping it means in a fantasy headline. "Maxtor to quit drive business". This is what the industry needs, the elimination of some of the excess capacity. And this sure would be the fastest way to accomplish that. It may not be good for the parts suppliers to Maxtor, but the long run health of the drive industry will improve the faster the upcoming consolidation takes place.
