Benny - by Citi I expect you mean citibank. Good for MS, good for us. I kinda like the fact that CKFR would be pro-active. Re: breakeven and profitabilty...music to my/our ears. Peter

I remember if you don't....MSFDC was raining all over CheckFrees' Parade at the release of the last Quarterly News. I didn't appreciate it one bit....hopefully they didn't either. My bet then is they Broad-Side them.........and at the same time create interest in the segment... I'm into marketing now Charlie.....
