Zona tries to mislead investors again.

Zona issued a press release today which seems to imply that they received a patent for their "original" formulation of Vasomax.

What really happened is that they bought the rights to another obscure patent filed in 1995 by Fred Lowrey.

I'm still trying to track down the text of the patent. I would appreciate any help.

Claud,

Your last post was unclear. If the Company far exceeded the number of patients in trials for 1 year, then why did they lead everyone to believe that they had enough data as of June, 1997?

Was the Company being promotional when they established this date? (What I am really asking you is when did the Company achieve the appropriate number of patients to proceed with an NDA filing?)

<<This number has already been far exceeded by Zonagen so that their timetable with regard to an NDA filing is on track with their announced target date.>>

What, another target date? What happened to all the supposed 1997 target dates? Claud, you make me laugh. I know far more about the Zonagen-SGP deal than you realize.
