Aftab, for the last week, I have seen one single block of 10-45K go at the bid after the close along with several 100-5K trades at various prices. Now that could be accumulation or it could be selling. Even though it's right there in front of my eyes, anything is possible when big boys can buy at the bid and sell at the ask. The big blocks are at the closing bid, but a sell? A buy? Who knows? Closing bid was 32 1/4. 15K went at 3/8 and 40K went at 1/4. I don't think there is any way to know the true intention of the transaction at any price after the close. Does anyone else?

It is highly unlikely that your broker would be able to know whether
this were true or not. Ask him how he knows. "The insiders are buying"
is a typical trick used by some brokers to stimulate orders from clients.

In fact, the last two transactions reported to the SEC were sales in February of a total 125,000 shares at $41.

>>I called my broker at Merryl he thinks that insiders have been accumulating JBIL in small lots for last two weeks or so. I have tried to verify this info with other sources but no one can confirm that. SEC archives have no info to confirm this either.<<

He might also just mean employees. I would think a stock like JBIL at 30 is an excellent value since thats what it was trading for an year ago. Inventory problems are temporary so for a value investor its an excellent play. Now for momentum investors they only want to buy stocks which are going up. I have a 25% loss due to the drop but am making a few 1/4 ers here and there just trading it back and forth. Just get bored holding a stock thats down a lot but I think in less than 3 months it will be back to 40+ once people notice that the excess inventory is taken care off, so also have to be careful that it dont run away after you try to make a 1/4 on it, The best bet is to just hold.
