Bad Bart, This is quickly becoming a question of the company's credibility. The company has been saying that they firmly believe that professional short sellers have been shorting large amounts of BANY stock in order to make money. The shorting of stock adds many more shares to the free trading float. The discussion here is now turning quickly towards the idea that the company is shorting their own stock....or selling additional stock...or shorting restricted stock. That the company has fabricated the short position story to cover up their own activites. I hope this issue....which I fully expected to surface the first few down days or low volume days, should be addressed. Let's try to do it without creating a cloud of uncertianty that many may capitalize upon....and please give the company a chance...before everyone begins crying "scam". There are professional short sellers, you know. bg
