I understood your 1st paragraph.. got lost in the saracasm
on the 2nd paragraph...

TO ALL:one last thing... if anyone has noticed.. on 3/18/98
a press release went out stating cancellation of 2.5mln
shares.... the deal with Nighthawk wasn't announced
and finalized til 3/19/98 AFTER the first one.. so could
it be that they couldn't incorporate the RESTRICTED
shares being offered in the deal on Nighthawk on 3/18/98's
press release when they hadn't even finalized the deal???
if they had DONE THE DEAL and then later sent out numbers
NOT reflecting the new #'s outstanding.. then I'd be leary..
but I see no problem here.

Now that they have finalized it.. they apparently have
included it.. but either way it still only leave 13.5
million shares in free outstanding... then minus the 6 or 7
mln held by the company and the other 3mln or so by insiders/
longterm investors.. and then minus out all the stock that's
traded over the last few days... again anyone following me?

Last time: "I will doublecheck the numbers with the company
as soon as I can... and find out exactly how many shares the
company has and as to the numbers in both press releases"..

either way.. this is all rather exciting from my perspective?
But you do have to understand how a company works and how
BB's play and how acquisitions happen and all that good stuff
or you'll be lost UNLESS ... uhmmm. maybe... you read my
posts... (man I get cranky when I haven't eaten.. sorry)

"We don't know what we are doing and we are driving the business into the ground. We
wish more people would play with us. We have made a bunch of bad decisions but we
would like our shareholders to stick with us a little longer. My mother and I own 60% of
the company and we hope to retire soon. Please help us reach our goals"
