I believe Hoffy was stating that the first release SHOULD have said that, because the new one implies around 50M outstanding, while the first release implies 25M. First said 1/10th of the shares outstanding while it should have said 1/20. Only way to know the truth is to call the Transfer Agent. Companies lie...look at good old EUTO and their float... RG

This is after retiring close to 12 million over the last 2 weeks. This makes nearly 50 million at the start. Is that not right? Please explain then..

Well, like I said yesterday, I sold all of my shares at the open at .40 into the strength of the release. like clockwork, after the people who read the releases with rose colored glasses had bought the stock and ran the price up at the open ( I must thank you for that) it quickly took a nose dive and dropped like a rock. Why? Because of people like me who read the release and analyzed it and had some serious questions about the company and wanted to lock in their profits. If this was their big announcement and we get nothing else I think this is not the end of the selling. I wouldn't be surprised to see this in the teens again or maybe lower. I really was expecting some news on contracts or financials, not just cancelling more shares. One last question. How does a company cancel shares from shareholders who have held the stock for quite some time? Why didn't they release the terms of the cancellation? Surely these shareholders didn't just lose their money. Sure their stock is out of the float but at what price. SO what happened? . Maybe the deal wasn't all that good for the company. We really don't know without any details. Who knows, maybe they will cancel all 35,000,000 (or HOWEVER many shares are outstanding) and everyone will just be left holding a stock certificate. Such is the life of a BB stock. get in early and leave before the bottom falls out. WHoever analyzed that this latest news will get us to 4 might be right. But it might be 4 cents. Good luck to all of you shareholders. I hope you get some good news next week and that this company is for real. I just don't believe it right now..
