Hi Mohan, found the thread! Looks like it's going to be very neat. To lower the intellectual level a little, just want to report that I found a great place on 28th St. in the big Apple where they have fresh curry leaves and mustard oil for a tarka. I really like the taste of fresh curry leaves and know a few recipes where I can use them. I'd like to know other recipes using them if anyone can suggest some. Indian cooking is a real stress reliever for me. dulane
