Your post sounds as if you have had a recent conversation with the company. Did you ask about the rumors or whether they had any idea as to the cause of the very high volume advance? I am sure they would and could announce that they got a contract with ONCO if and when they get one. A non-disclosure agreement now may mean nothing more than that they can't disclose what applications their product is being tested for, and nothing of any particular investment significance.
