Hi, all. I was at the shareholders meeting yesterday, and the consolidation went through as proposed. There was a lengthy discussion dominated primarily by Roger Baird, who was against the rollback. It came down to a vote to adjourn the meeting for thirty days while Bairds group got their business plan in place. However, it turned out that Roger Baird (and a few of us) hadn't registered his shares, and thus couldn't vote his shares or the shares of the proxies he held. A technicality, but it enabled the rollback to pass.

And that's where it stands. What does everyone think about that?
