If the turnaround begins in June, then now is the perfect time to invest. Blood is in the streets, yet improvement is just a quarter away! I am long INVX and APM, and staying long.

Kurt, My thoughts on INVX. I think most investors in INVX realize the Margins are so strong as to preclude a negative EPS quarter , so I'd be suprised if that's the case on the street. To me, some of the best news for INVX is the bad news for HTCH, and HTCH has had alot of bad news lately. Everytime TSA announces more problems I feel better about INVX. It was noted on the HTCH thread, however, that a viable TSA seems to have alot of buyers. Manufacturers are clearly interested. I'm banking on INVX's management's appraisal that they feel HIF has comparable performance at a lower cost. Diversification: Innovex doesn't have it yet, but I like that the cashflow is being moved into flip chips. This seems a consensus high growth area with solid potentials for returns. If investors are looking at the future of INVX they are also looking at this. FWIW, Shane

Kurt, you actually hit upon an important point- INVX stays profitable in the "lean times". Some of INVX's competitors cannot say that. The point being is that INVX will come out of this cyclical downturn in the DD industry in better shape than its competitors.... And the Litchfield flip chip assembly unit has already been built- so capital expenditures should ease for the time being for INVX, which will help while INVX waits for the market to strengthen...
