Dear Wahoograd: First, thanks for your nuggets of real information.

Second, how was the WaveMeter "attached" to the Aptiva? By way of an expansion card? A daughterboard? Any indication whether it might ultimately be embedded in the motherboard?

Best wishes.

You da man, Wahoograd. Just goes to confirm my earlier sense that you have reliable knowledge and insights. If you have a chance, I'd like to follow up on a few things.

A while back you offered comments on the WAVX-OEM revenue split, at which time Mr. Sprague referred us to the standard publishers contract available at WAVX's website. Understandably, Mr. Sprague did not have time to respond to my follow-up, so I ask if you know: Do the revenue splits you mentioned apply to content-provider/WAVX or WAVX/OEM, or both? The definition of transaction is also important, because I tend to suspect the overwhelming majority of microtransactions we're talking about are going to be less than $3.00 each.

Were you able to see the NYC demonstration, and if so, what did you think?

You used the phrase "took early retirement" in referring to the IBM folks, at least as to one of them. That has mixed connotations. I don't see the Lark Allen move in quite those terms, but more as a career-enhancing lateral move, and it may well have been the other individual you were referring to in those terms. Are you able to confirm that? Investors like to see insiders buying a stock, and it seems like Mr. Allen is investing his whole career ladder in WAVX. You agree?

Someone recently posted a link to upcoming IBM spring product announcements. Does anyone know if this would include the new Aptiva which Wahoograd referred to in his most recent post?

Thanks all, and thanks, DocStone, for the comments on institutional investors' charters and the like.
